Lancée le 30 septembre dernier, cette initiative du RPQF vise à soutenir les organisations dans l’implantation et le déploiement de mesures pour une meilleure conciliation famille-travail (CFT).
Perreault & Associés a été la première entreprise à ouvrir un dossier et à franchir avec succès toutes les étapes de la démarche d’évaluation menant à l’obtention du Sceau décerné par le RPQF.
La direction est fière de recevoir cette reconnaissance et considère qu’il est aussi vital d’intégrer la vie privée au sein des mesures d’équilibre, afin d’inclure les besoins de tous ses employés, indépendamment de leur situation personnelle. Le principe d’équilibre chez Perreault & Associés n’est effectivement pas uniquement réservé à la famille, mais fait partie d’un ensemble de valeurs que Perreault & Associés souhaite véhiculer auprès de son équipe, soit l’équilibre de vie, la santé globale et l’épanouissement personnel et professionnel.

Selon un sondage réalisé en janvier 2018 par la firme Léger, 62 % des répondants ont affirmé que la CFT est une source importante de stress et 55% seraient prêts à changer d’emploi pour obtenir une meilleure conciliation famille-travail.
Dans un contexte de rareté de main-d’œuvre où le marché de l’emploi est caractérisé par une guerre de talents, offrir des mesures de conciliation famille-vie privée-travail permet à l’employeur de se démarquer et de s’ouvrir à un bassin de candidatures plus large en plus de satisfaire aux besoins de ses employés. « Comme nous accompagnons déjà la micro, petite et moyenne entreprise en matière de ressources humaines depuis 17 ans, nous comprenons très bien les enjeux liés à de telles initiatives et savons qu’il est possible d’adapter des conditions RH avec un budget restreint. Pour Marie Rhéaume, directrice générale du RPQF, le fait qu’une organisation spécialisée en ressources humaines soit la première à compléter la démarche pour obtenir le Sceau indique que le programme vise dans le mille et répond véritablement aux besoins de l’industrie.

L’entreprise certifiée a su développer ou renforcer son offre de mesures de conciliation famille-travail en veillant à ce que celles-ci touchent quatre domaines : l’aménagement du temps et du lieu de travail, les congés pour responsabilités familiales, le soutien aux employés et à leurs familles ainsi que l’adaptabilité de l’organisation. L’ensemble de ces mesures doivent ensuite être consignées dans un document officiel, diffusé auprès des employés.
